Terms of Service – Meals On Tap (Australia)
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Meals On Tap! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Meals On Tap. Meals On Tap operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Meals On Tap is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
To use our Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory. You are responsible for any use of your account, including purchases made by your minor dependents. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You may not transfer your account to another person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but actual colours or presentation may differ depending on your device. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your expectations. Product descriptions may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & RETURNS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until we confirm them and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
As our meals are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns after the weekly cut-off (8PM Saturday). However, if your item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Purchases must be for personal use only.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of order confirmation. Promotional pricing may be governed by separate terms.
You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details and to keep them up to date so we can complete your transactions.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver directly to homes within a 20km radius of Dunsborough (including Vasse, excluding Busselton) every Tuesday. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
If you are not home, please leave out an esky or cooler. Once your meals have been delivered to the address provided, risk and responsibility for the meals pass to you. We are not liable for any loss, theft or spoilage after delivery.
SECTION 6 - AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services is owned or licensed by Meals On Tap and protected under Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse our content without permission.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may access third-party tools via our website. We do not monitor or control these tools and provide them "as is". Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Meals On Tap is powered by Shopify, but all sales and transactions are between you and us. Shopify is not responsible for our products or services.
