Refund policy
Returns & Cancellations
As our meals are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or change of mind returns after the weekly order cut-off (8PM Saturday). However, if your item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note: Orders must be placed or changed before 8PM Saturday for delivery the following Tuesday. After this time, your order is locked in and begins preparation in our kitchen.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve process your order cancellation. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
