Subscriptions
Do I have to subscribe?
Nope! You’re welcome to order as a one-off whenever it suits you. Subscriptions are offered on our Tap Out Boxes as an option for those who want the convenience of meals delivered weekly without having to reorder each time.
Am I locked into a subscription?
Not at all. There are no lock-ins or contracts. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime before the Friday cut-off — no strings attached.
When does payment come out?
For subscriptions, payment is processed automatically each Saturday when your order renews.
For one-off orders, payment is taken at checkout.
Can I choose my meals?
For subscriptions, meals are chef-selected each week based on seasonal ingredients and variety and cannot be altered.
What comes in a Tap Out Box?
The Tap Out Box includes 3, 5, or 7 ready-made meals, depending on the option you choose. Each one is packed fresh, labelled with ingredients and allergens, and ready to heat when you are. These may be items of the menu or specials Chef Cam has whipped up just for you!

Heating and Storing
How long do the meals last?
Meals are best eaten within 3 days of delivery if kept in the fridge. For anything longer, pop them in the freezer as soon as possible.
How do I heat the meals?
You can pop your meal straight into the microwave from the fridge, or reheat it after defrosting if it’s been frozen. If you prefer to use the oven or air fryer, just transfer it to an oven-safe dish first. Make sure to remove any side salads before heating.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes, most meals freeze well! Just check the label for any exceptions (like meals with fresh greens or dairy sauces). Always defrost fully in the fridge before reheating.
Our gift boxes arrive frozen so if wanting to keep frozen they should be placed straight back into the freezer upon delivery.
