Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are available as a weekly subscription — like our Tap Out Boxes — so you can enjoy regular deliveries without the hassle of reordering.

How it works
When you subscribe, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged each Saturday, three days before Tuesday delivery.

Cut-off time
You can pause, cancel, or update your subscription any time before 8PM Saturday. After this cut-off, your meals are locked in and we begin preparing your order fresh for the week ahead.

How to manage your subscription
Every order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription. You can make changes, pause, or cancel directly from there.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew depending on the plan selected. If you don’t wish to continue, just cancel before the next billing cycle.
