After years working in some of the South West’s most beloved restaurants and at major events like Pair’d Festival, Truffle Kerfuffle, and Gourmet Escape, where he shared the kitchen with world-renowned chefs, Cam decided it was time to bring good food back to everyday life.

Known for creating healthy, hearty, and delicious meals, Cam crafts every dish with care, flavour, and a love for wholesome ingredients. Where possible, he works with responsibly sourced Australian and local produce, and often incorporates underused proteins like kangaroo and wild boar. You’ll also find everyday staples like chicken and beef on the menu, offering a balance of the familiar and the adventurous.
